Designed to Drop

This animation simulator may not bring your imagination to its deepest bounds, but it will tickle your funny bone. Animator Dave Fothergill tests out a Maya animation that build characters who are designed to fall down and stay there. His army of animated men hurl themselves at a full run towards a spinning beam, once they hit it, each characters unique movements are at once realistic (1for human movement), and hilarious. They get knocked in every direction, tossed, trampled, they roll about and struggle only to be left in an eery circular heap of animated limbs by the end.
